THE ROLE

You’ll be a core member of our engineering team, working across the full stack to build and improve Engage+. That means everything from designing new features and building APIs, to debugging production issues and contributing to architecture decisions.

Build & ship

• Support the full application lifecycle from concept to deployment to maintenance

• Design and build scalable web and cross-platform mobile applications across the entire stack

• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs for secure, efficient data exchange

• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance

• Leverage cloud services (Azure or AWS) to deploy and scale infrastructure

• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement meaningful optimizations

Lead & collaborate

• Participate in code reviews to raise quality and share knowledge

• Translate requirements into clean, well-documented technical specifications

• Communicate project status, blockers, and solutions clearly and promptly

• Shape your own role and responsibilities as the company grows

• Take ownership beyond your defined scope — this is a startup, and impact is yours to claim

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of full stack development experience

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS

• Solid understanding of OOP, RESTful API design

• Experience with SQL and relational database systems

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

• Ownership mindset and accountability

• Self-motivated
