We are excited to partner with KNDS Canada on their search for a Receptionist / Office Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and callers to the HQ office.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and promptly.

• Greet and register visitors, ensure sign-in procedures are followed, and issue visitor badges.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.

• Monitor and replenish office supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing meeting rooms.

• Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.

• Support coordination of travel, meeting logistics, and internal events.

• Maintain confidentiality and security protocols through company policies.
